Teachers and students can book classrooms, practice booths and rehearsal rooms autonomously. Real-time availability, automatic or manual approval and usage rules configurable by the school.
Visual and Intuitive Booking
Users select the space, day and time on a visual calendar. Amadeus shows only the available slots to avoid conflicts.

Rules and Permissions
The school sets the rules. Who can book what, how far in advance, for how long and whether it requires approval.
- Rules by role: students only booths, teachers any space
- Configurable limit of simultaneous bookings and maximum duration
- Minimum and maximum advance notice to make a booking
- Automatic approval for teachers, manual for students (configurable)
Management and Notifications
The administration team has full visibility over all bookings. Pending approvals, cancellations and usage statistics in a single panel.

- Automatic notifications of confirmation, rejection or cancellation
- Automatic cancellation if the user does not show up (configurable)
- Reminder before the booking by email or push notification
